Luxury home developer Vanderbilt Homes (now Elivia Homes) approached our team of nerds to help launch their latest development: Willow Meadows, a premium housing community nestled in the heart of Surrey. With a blank slate and a bold vision, we teamed up with Elivia’s Head of Marketing to create a full brand experience that would set the tone for this standout project.
Elivia Homes are known for crafting high-quality, energy-efficient homes across the Southeast of England, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Their focus on sustainability, design excellence, and customer satisfaction has earned them a solid reputation in the luxury housing space.
For Willow Meadows, the nerds got to work building a complete branding identity from the ground up. We kicked things off by developing a sophisticated, nature-inspired design language that reflects the peaceful, green surroundings of the site. From there, we created a custom logo, curated a tailored colour palette, and established a typography system to keep the brand looking sharp across all touch points.
To support the launch, we designed a sleek, high-end brochure to showcase floor plans, features, and site highlights balancing clean layouts with polished visual storytelling. Our 3D artists created CGIs that gave buyers a first look before the first brick was even laid. Local photography added warmth and authenticity, capturing the true vibe of the surrounding Surrey landscape.
We also took care of all the words, writing engaging copy that spoke to Elivia’s tone of voice while highlighting what makes Willow Meadows special. Everything from the print to the signage was produced to the highest quality, with our nerds overseeing every detail to make sure it all felt seamless.
To top it off, we directed and delivered a cinematic marketing video, CGI scenes, and storytelling perfect for digital campaigns and on-site show homes. The end result? A cohesive, elevated brand launch that made Willow Meadows shine and gave Elivia Homes the marketing toolkit to match their ambition.
