MOONSTER

When our friends at Moonster asked us to create 13 promo videos for new products which were being brought to market through lifestyle rather than solo product video, their wish was our command.

 

Preproduction consisted of looking for a homely venue which was big enough and varied enough to cater for 13 different locations, as well as complimenting their rustic style of products using wooden and leather materials. The key to this project was organisation, and so due to the time we put into preproduction, we knew exactly what the final outcome was going to look like which made the post-production process very straightforward. The large number of outputs provided the challenge of lighting 13 different scenarios

with a daylight aesthetic in a time where daylight hours were decreasing. We created the illusion of sunlight coming through the windows from outside as the 600d was powerful enough to light the room enough so that it felt it was natural daylight. The use of the EasyRig provided flexibility to shoot in all areas of the space enabling us to get those tasty lifestyle shots. Overall, the strong team alongside fabulous product organisation and a highly efficient crew, led the outcome to be out of this world for Moonster.
